Why did the customer contact us?

The customer, Chinese Adult Daycare located in Houston, TX, contacted Alif Security LLC because they needed a comprehensive fire alarm system installation and monitoring service for their commercial space. Ensuring the safety and compliance of their facility with fire safety regulations was a top priority, necessitating the installation of a reliable fire alarm system.

Solutions provided:

To address the needs of Chinese Adult Daycare, we provided a complete fire alarm system installation and monitoring service. This included the installation of a 60 Point Addressable Fire Panel, which offers advanced detection and monitoring capabilities. We also installed a DACT (Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter) for the IPA/AFC/ARC series to ensure efficient communication with monitoring services.

For effective alerting in case of an emergency, we installed dual-action addressable pull stations, ceiling mount horn strobes in red, and ceiling mount strobes in red. Additionally, V-Plex addressable smoke detectors were installed for reliable smoke detection throughout the facility.

The project also involved planning and permitting to ensure all installations met regulatory requirements. We used 18/2C FPLP solid red shielded cable and 16/2 red solid plenum fire alarm cable to connect all components securely.

After the installation, we conducted a thorough inspection with the Fire Marshal to ensure everything was up to code and functioning correctly. We also provided various accessories necessary for the system's operation and performed a tie-in with the existing Hood Ansul System for integrated fire protection in the kitchen area.

This comprehensive solution ensured that Chinese Adult Daycare is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire alarm system, providing safety and peace of mind for their staff and clients.
